Program Options and Description:

	Higher Pursuits can custom design a program for your organization using socialization initiatives, group initiatives and low ropes course events.
	The training program focuses on training objectives set by your organization.
	The level of physical challenge involved in the activities is determined by your training goals and participants.

This program can be used in combination with the Personality Assessment Program. Many groups have chosen to experience a 2-hour personality assessment program and then participate in a portable teambuilding session for the rest of the day. The ability to see in action how each person processes information, solves problems or prioritizes issues can provide an impactful training experience.

Program Objectives or Goals:

Training objectives vary based on your training needs and desired outcome. The following represent a sample of typical program goals.

	Overcoming initial barriers to communication
	Helping the group get to know one another
	Emphasizing teamwork
	Developing effective communication skills
	Improving inter/Intra-departmental communication
	Understanding the role of competition within an organization
	Helping to integrate new employees into an existing group
	Improving the team's ability to work together
	Building Trust

Length of Training:

	Half Day Option (4 hours)
	Full Day Option (8 a.m. to 3 p.m.)

Number of Participants:

	Up to 30 participants per training session.
	Higher Pursuits maintains no less than a 1:15, Facilitator to Participant ratio.

Location of Training:

Higher Pursuits will locate a suitable training location near your organization.

Cost of Training:

	Half-Day Option: One group of up to 15 participants - $900.
	Full Day Option: One group of up to 15 participants - $1,800.
	This includes all travel expenses, facilitator fees, and program design. Programs outside the Middle Tennessee area may have an additional travel cost.
	If you belong to a non-profit organization or community based organization ask about our community discount.
