Higher Pursuits can custom design a
program for your organization using a High Ropes
Course in Middle Tennessee.
This training option is a high
impact experience that takes participants anywhere from 2 to 30 feet off the
ground.
The training program focuses on
training objectives set by your organization.
The level of physical challenge
involved in the activities is determined by your training goals and
participants.
This program can be used in
combination with the Personality Assessment Program. Many
groups have chosen to experience a 2-hour personality assessment program in the morning
and then participate in a high ropes teambuilding experience for the rest of
the day. This allows participants to learn about their personality type
and the personality type of their co-workers and then see how the combination
of temperaments effects the group and how each person approaches challenges
posed to the group.
