Camp Staff Training

Each summer
you assemble a staff from across the world, some are there for the first
time; others have returned summer after summer. One of the greatest
challenges for any camp is to bring this diverse group of people together
and build them into a cohesive staff that is ready to face any challenge the
summer can bring.

Higher Pursuits is
pleased to offer a
fun and exciting way to help your staff bond together and develop a better
understanding of the people they work with. This creative and exciting
program is the True Colors® Personality Assessment Training and teambuilding
program.
We offer 3 hour
True Colors Training sessions, 3 hour
teambuilding sessions, or a combined training
day that integrates both programs.

Colors® Staff Training Session
|
|
This 3-hour training program
uses a fun and creative personality assessment tool to help staff learn
about themselves and develop a better understanding of the people they work
with. Your staff will realize the strengths and weaknesses they bring
to the group, learn more about each other on a personal level, and equip
staff with the tools to recognize and respect differences in personality and
values.

I expect from a True Colors Programs?

Length of Training - 3 hours
|

Maximum number of participants per session - 30 people
|
|
For camps with staffs larger then 30 people, we
recommend having the staff divided into two groups. In the morning,
one group would participate in True Colors and the other in a teambuilding
session. In the afternoon, the groups would switch training
sessions.

Cost of
True Colors Training session:

Cost includes workbooks,
travel to your location and facilitation cost for up to 30 participants
per session. |

Cost of one 3-hour session
- $900 |

Cost of two 3-hour sessions
completed in one day - $1,500 |

Staff
Teambuilding Session
|
|
This 3-hour training program
uses a series of teambuilding activities to help your staff get know one
another better, discuss the importance of working as a team, and help your
staff build a level of trust that will help them throughout the summer.
