Corporate Teambuilding Programs

"We remember 20% of what we hear,

50% of what we see,

and 80% of what we do."

Teamwork is what the Higher Pursuits Challenge Program is all about.

Using a sequential series of non-competitive activities and group initiatives, we encourage groups to analyze their performance as a team, develop communication skills, build trust, and have fun. Before designing a program for our clients, we discuss the issues and goals they want to target with the training. Each program is then custom designed to focus on their goals and accommodate the physical abilities of the group.

Some of the programs we offer are:

Portable Teambuilding Programs:

bullet

The length of the training is normally a half-day or full day.

Programs are designed to focus on issues important to you.

Personality Assessment Training:

True Colors® is a personality assessment tool based on the work of Myers-Briggs and Keirsey that was created to translate complicated personality theory into practical information we can understand and use.

bullet

The session identifies the personality temperament of an individual and can be used to help us recognize the potential of ourselves and others, improve communication, and help managers develop effective management tools.

bullet

This training can be conducted as a stand-alone session or integrated into a day of teambuilding.

Type of Groups that Can Benefit:

bullet

New Employee Orientation Programs

A challenge course can help you provide an exciting employee orientation program. It is a perfect opportunity to teach new employees the importance of teamwork, communication and trust.

bullet

Intra-Department Training

Teambuilding training can be a unique way to help existing teams understand each other better.

The training can address issues of cooperation, communication, trust, and teamwork.

For this particular program we suggest a combination of personality assessment training and either a low or high ropes experience.

Training with Multiple Departments

A low ropes course can help departments that work together and understand the impact that their actions have on each other.

It can also focus on other issues such as competition and trust between departments.
